“When I first stepped foot into the weight room, I would have neverrrr imagined that it would become such a large part of my life. Nor would I have imagined that the discipline and strength I would cultivate by being immersed in the gym environment, would trickle over into other areas of my life, and changing the trajectory of my life in such a positive way!

I started weight training in 2013 and believe it or not, it was not love at first sight!!! I didn’t really enjoy the gym environment at first, it was new to me, I didn’t really know what I was doing and I just wasn’t really comfortable if I’m being completely honest.

I stuck with it and began to see changes not only physically but also mentally as well, and I was hooked!


It was after 4 years of being consistent in the gym.,
4 years of building up my confidence both in the gym and within myself, as well as teaching myself about the fundamentals that I decided to finally get certified and began to work with clients.
I currently have both my PT & PN L1 Nutrition Certification.

My goal is to inspire and motivate other women to discover their inner athlete - inner badass if I may. And to help them work towards their health and physique goals (whether big or small) while living a balanced lifestyle.

  • In person is great for those that are just getting their foot in the gym and need a good foundation. Great for those that would like to see me in person 2-3x a week.

  • Perfect for those that want to work towards their goals with their besties and other women that are likeminded!

  • You are someone that that knows your way around the gym and have some experience working out and are simply looking for some smart and periodized programming with some accountability to get you towards your goals.

  • A reset challenge for when you need some help and accountability to get back into the groove of things or a challenge to kickstart your journey!
