When I first stepped foot into the weight room, I would have neverr imagined that it would become such a large part of my life. Nor would I have imagined that the discipline and strength I would cultivate by being immersed in the gym environment would trickle over into other areas of my life, and change the trajectory of my life in such a positive way!
I started weight training in 2013 and believe it or not, it was not love at first sight! I didn’t really enjoy the gym environment at first, it was new to me, I didn’t really know what I was doing and I just wasn’t really comfortable if I’m being completely honest.
But, I stuck with it and began to see changes not only physically but also mentally as well, and I was hooked!
It was after four years of being consistent in the gym. After four years of building up my confidence both in the gym and within myself and teaching myself about the fundamentals, I decided to get certified and began to work with clients.
I have both my PT & PN L1 Nutrition Certification.
I am currently in grad school working on my MSc in Sport and Exercise Psychology and looking to combine the power of science and psychology to create the ultimate fitness experience—helping clients rewrite their exercise narratives for a sustainable, long-lasting impact. I aim to cultivate lasting discipline that spreads beyond fitness and into all areas of my client’s life.
My goal is to inspire and motivate other women to discover their inner athlete - inner badass, if I may. And to help them work towards their health and physique goals (whether big or small) sustainably so that they can benefit from having fitness and wellness as an ingrained part of their balanced lifestyle.

Meet Coach Adwoa.
Being active has been a massive part of my life since childhood.
My parents put me in all the afterschool programs you can think of;
I took gym class (too) seriously and was a competitive figure skater for five years.
I first fell in love with the gym in junior high after our circuit training unit, and years later, I went to a Stars on Ice show and saw how strong and muscular the female skaters were and decided to get an actual gym membership and start doing the dang thing.
I found some exercises on Twitter, Pinterest and even the newspaper and started doing them semi-consistently, and I loved how they made me feel.
I did my own thing for a few years until I wanted to take this whole weightlifting thing and started researching to educate myself better.
During the pandemic, I decided to get my NASM Personal Training Certification while I was in the last year of my accounting degree.
I’ve been passionate about fitness and nutrition ever since, and I can't wait to help you on your journey!
