Being active has been a massive part of my life since childhood.

My parents put me in all the afterschool programs you can think of; I took gym class (too) seriously and was a competitive figure skater for five years.

I first fell in love with the gym in junior high after our circuit training unit, and years later, I went to a Stars on Ice show and saw how strong and muscular the female skaters were and decided to get an actual gym membership and start doing the dang thing.

I found some exercises on Twitter, Pinterest and even the newspaper and started doing them semi-consistently, and I loved how they made me feel. 


I did my own thing for a few years until I wanted to take this whole weightlifting thing and started researching to educate myself better.

During the pandemic, I decided to get my NASM Personal Training Certification while I was in the last year of my accounting degree.

I’ve been passionate about fitness and nutrition ever since, and I can't wait to help you on your journey!
