The bootcamp challenge runs for 4 weeks, starting Saturday, February 7th and ending Saturday, March 7th, 2026.

Sessions are held at Kings Fitness Private Studio off Blackfoot Trail in South Calgary.

Every Saturday at 8:00 AM. Sessions typically run about 60 minutes.
Yes, it's a bit early, but you'll feel amazing for the rest of your weekend! -
Absolutely. The workouts are designed to meet you where you are. Modifications are always provided, and you'll have coaching support every step of the way.

It's not just about the scale! We look at progress photos, measurements, consistency, mindset shifts, and overall commitment. Everyone who shows up has a chance.

Due to the nature of the program (digital resources + limited spots), all sales are final. But if you show up and do the work, you WILL see results.

Nope! The app-based workouts have both home AND gym options. You can complete the entire program from your living room if that's what works for you.

Just a set of dumbbells (or resistance bands) and a mat. That's it! Bodyweight modifications are always available if you don't have equipment.

Everyone's different, but most women notice increased energy, improved strength, better sleep, and a more positive relationship with fitness.
Physical changes like inches lost and muscle definition are common too, especially when you follow the meal guide! -
